2. Data Processed Through the Website
Through radiewcare.com, only the following data are processed: (i) contact details voluntarily provided in forms (name, email, company, message); (ii) technical browsing data (see the Cookie Policy).
The website does not process health data. Health data (special category, Art. 9 GDPR) are processed exclusively within the One-Me Explorer platform (operated by ONE-OMICS, S.L., a subsidiary of RADIEWCARE S.L.), under contracts with the relevant healthcare entities (Art. 28 GDPR where ONE-OMICS, S.L. acts as data processor), with security measures at ENS Category MEDIUM level.

4. Retention
Contact data are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, thereafter, blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
5. Recipients and Transfers
Data are not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers (data processors): Microsoft Azure (Spain Central region, with a Data Processing Agreement — DPA) and other providers with an Art. 28 GDPR contract. No international transfers outside the EEA are made without adequate safeguards.
6. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by contacting: info.radiewcare@gmail.com (with "Data Protection" in the subject line) or the DPO (consultoria@be-project.es).
Response period: one month, extendable by two further months in cases of particular complexity (Art. 12.3 GDPR), with notification of the reason. Proof of identity will be required.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
